I founded Blue Sage Realty in 2001, as a residential property management and sales firm. We have 100+ properties under management, 3 employees, and are thriving on the management side during these tough times. We participate in the Gordon Von Stroh quarterly survey on residential vacancies. I am the president of the Denver Chapter of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
